The optimisation works a little like if a human did it. The big difference is the number of parameters used and that myCoreAI generates optimised signals for the system every 15 minutes. A human would generally do it far less often than that.
Performance

1. BMS/ Scada system
Our solutions integrate into the building’s existing BMS system. The integration allows the myCoreAI system to pass optimised parameters into the BMS harmoniously with the existing logic strategy. The solution also includes a fallback position that puts the system back to default in case of a planned or unplanned shutdown. The cloud database is the heart of Myrspoven’s system, storing and organising all data.

This is why we can use them as thermal batteries, which means, for example, heating the building when the price is low and then stopping heating during the peak in electricity price. myCap is another add-on service to myCoreAI. It works to reduce power loads for district heating during certain outdoor temperatures.
myCap utilises myCoreAI to analyse and mitigate potential power peaks proactively. It aims to use the least amount of energy during those peak hours with minimal impact on indoor climate.
Power tariffs, which are part of district heating billing models, often make up a large portion of the annual energy cost. These charges are particularly impactful for buildings with uneven energy needs, especially during times of day with short bursts of high energy demand, such as very cold winter days.
These charges can account for up to half of the total heating costs, and myCap works to reduce these.
Avoid Heating Power Peaks
myCap works to reduce power loads by pre-emptively balancing the heating within the building. Our 48 hr prediction helps us balance loads to avoid energy consumption during costly distribution peaks.
Save the planet
By applying caps in power loads you give the energy producer higher predictability in their power production and by also reducing the power consumed at peak time you are helping the energy systems transition to renewable energy.
